Cancellation Policy

(This all applies even in a COVID related situation so please only purchase a class or membership with us if you are aware that we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy beyond the parameters listed below. This includes the 7 day notification policy in order to be able to reschedule)

All sales are final; we do not grant refunds. 

Classes or workshops can only be exchanged for credit towards another class or workshop given it is done at least one week (7 days) prior to the start date of said class or workshop. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not granted credit or the ability to be rescheduled. There are no exceptions. This also applies to canceled private classes. Credit must be put towards a class or workshop within 6 months after purchase. After 6 months all credit, including unscheduled private lessons and open studio passes, is forfeited.
